Product Description: The 40 mm Foam Baton is an extremely accurate spin-stabilized impact munition supporting police and corrections officers in the control of riots and violent noncompliant subjects. Upon impact the 40 mm Foam Baton delivers blunt trauma and causes temporary incapacitation. The rubber foam ogive deforms during impact, imparting the kinetic energy over a wider surface. Developed specifically for 40 mm rifled grenade launchers such as the U.S. M203, M79 and Penn Arms launchers. When it is fired the projectile engages the barrel’s rifling and imparts a spin stabilizing the round in flight and providing a high degree of accuracy.

Product Description: The 40 mm Low Velocity Barricade Penetrator Cartridge is designed for less-than-lethal applications and can be used in riot control situations to dislodge aggressors or rioters. Launched from a M203 or equivalent launcher, the cartridge delivers a projectile which can penetrate windows, doors or boarded walls. Upon impact, the projectile disperses CS powder within the enclosed area which causes irritation and incapacitation of aggressors or rioters. The cartridge has an effective range of up to 100 m with a nominal muzzle velocity of approximately 120 m/s. The cartridge complies with NIJ 0111.0 requirements.

With negligible muzzle flash, it allows the user to mask the launch location.
