(Geneseo, IL-October 13, 2014)—ArmaLite is pleased to announce its partnership with industry veteran Randy E. Luth and his company, LUTH-AR-LLC. OEM components, including the new MBA-1 rifle stock for ArmaLite’s 2015 line of AR-10® and M-15 Modern Sporting Rifles, will be provided by LUTH-AR-LLC.

Under the direction of its new leadership in 2014, ArmaLite has commenceda massive overhaul of its product line; several models of which are to include the innovative MBA-1 as standard equipment. The MBA-1 is a light weight, modular buttstock that provides the shooter with precise adjustments for length-of-pull and comb height, without requiring the use of tools. As OEM equipment, the MBA-1’s are marked ARMALITE on the left and right sides of the comb and on the adjustable cheekpiece.

Among the rifles that will include the MBA-1 in ArmaLite’s 2015 lineup are the 13.5″ and 18″ barreled M-15 3-Gun Rifles. Team ArmaLite Pro-Shooter Greg Jordan, along with President and Pro-Shooter Tommy Thacker, have been racking up wins over an impressive season in 2014, competing at major events across the country with early prototype models of these rifles.

We’re working on some great projects this year and this is one I’m especially thrilled about,” says Walt Hasser, Vice President of Product Management for ArmaLite. “Between Randy’s history in the Modern Sporting Rifle community and our own, this relationship signifies a drive within our companies, a commitment to innovation and desire to uphold excellence in customer satisfaction. Randy has been a top-notch partner all the way through, and his product speaks for itself. The MBA-1 gives us a high quality, feature-rich stock with the perfect look to complement our aggressive style in the new MSR lineup.”

ArmaLite recently debuted their new line of 3-gun rifles at the Trijicon World Shooting Championships where top-ranked shooters from around the world competed in a side match using these rifles. One of the most popular models was the M153GN13 (shown above). PHOTO CREDIT: Photo Courtesy of Patrick E. Kelley

The OEM ArmaLite MBA-1 stock will be standard equipment on seven new models of M-15 and AR-10® rifles in 2015. This stock will also be available as a stand-alone accessory through the company website: www.armalite.com.

ArmaLite President Tommy Thacker says, “We are anxiously awaiting the release of these new lines at the 2015 SHOT Show. Our customers are going to be introduced to a whole new side and aggressive direction of this long-standing company.”

Randy Luth adds that “Luth-AR is honored and excited to be a part of the new ArmaLite roll out of new Rifles. Our new buttstock combined with ArmaLite’s new rifle innovations will offer the shooter a new look with lots of class.”

All ArmaLite rifles are made and tested in Geneseo, IL, under the same quality standards ArmaLite has provided for the last 60 years. These products will be available for commercial purchase in 2015. For more information on ArmaLite rifles, please visit: www.armalite.com.
